basically , this is just an update .
this pictures were outdated i know , after so long .

so we have been much busy with training thats a fixed day
that is thursday & saturday
im sure you guys know the time ;P

the nationals day show was an awesome tiring one
but indeed ,lots of memories there .

now we have lots of newbies , i will update once i get each and every one of their picture . you know , its hard to take pictures whiel training .

just bear with training , it is intensive one .
for your own's sake .
so as for now , keep training .

will be as per normal same time & same day & same place

we all will be very tired
cause we have show back to back
so rest well
for those graduating students in our squad
please study hard while playing hard too
i wish all the best until the end of your N's and O's
dont give up half way

First thing first is, we're gonna have a upcoming performance and we're gonna have a meeting next monday, Please do try to come as we need to know who can or can't perform. =) thanks! Anything pls contact Dinie/Wan Or fadli.

And so SPHYNTRIX had a performance last saturday over at woodlands, A few of us stayed over at fariz to avoid any lateness or whatever. HAHA, thanks fariz. =) It was hell of fun. We enjoyed it alot, Basically we had so so so much fun. =) Right sphyntrix? HAHA!

Although there were alot of restrictions while performing, like the low celing, Slippery floors, The fans connected to the celing. We still managed to do what we needed to do. HAHA!

Our SKM semi's will be on the 30 MAY 2009 @ Ngee ann city. We've got to start working on it. No more resting, i'm sure every one of you had enuf rest for practice. So lets work for FINALS this time round. Work hard, Play hard, WIN HARD! =) TSKK, win hard. HAHAHHA! We've got changes to do to the routine, So please start thinking about it. THANKS!

Also not forgetting. We've got a performance coming up on the 19th of April. I'm gonna be in charge from the 6th of april till the 19th. So prepare yourselves. =) I'm gonna help with the routine and what not but please do do do help me out with it. TEAM EFFORT REMEMBER!? =)

Alright, here's the thing.
So very sorry for not updating for sucha long time.

There's nothing much to talk about as we're all very busy with practice. Practice wise is good, Working hard as a team and everything. So yeah, Hope all the hard work pays off. =)

And To daniel, i hope that you're feeling much better now. And also thank god that its not the appendix problem, THANK GOD. See you at the next practice. Get lots of rest for monday's practice aite.

hey guys ,sorry it took so long to update.

sphyntrix been busy preparing for performances.

Farah,responsible for this blog was on holiday for a mth so this blog was left stagnant.

Anyway ,welcome back Farah & gegerl from their holiday.

we have one newbie top flyer, neesa.

welcome to sphyntrix,hopefully you would enjoy your time in training & having fun at the same time.

the pictures uploaded was from yest performance for new year coundown.

it was great ,like ala-ala chingay .

all were running like doing 2.4km napha.

but we did have fun!

Then f2dm have to rush off to woodlands for their performance,sphyntrix as a family have to be there to show some support !

overall ,yesterday was crazy new year .

i would like to wish Sphyntrix,F2dm and all our beloved supporters
